Le Plan (Ris-Orangis) is offering a day entirely devoted to Peter Tosh this weekend, with a film screening, a debate and concerts in tribute to the most political of the Wailers, murdered in 1987. The Peter Tosh Day will begin with a screening of the excellent documentary "Stepping Razor Red X", made by Nicholas Campbell in 1992 from audio recordings in which the former Wailer opened up. A talk led by the Le Plan team will then continue the reflection on commitment in music.

Clinton Fearon will share his insight before taking the stage in the evening. He will be preceded by the band Tosh meets Marley, an always surprising name behind which hides a combo of musicians led by guitarist Junior Marvin and bassist Fully Fullwood, joined this Sunday by... the Soul Syndicate Band! A fine day, all in all. All the details in the listings.
