Just as the summer sun seems to be starting to poke its nose out, the organisers of Rototom Sunsplash are starting to drop the first names that will make up the bill of this 16th edition.
An already well-stocked and varied line-up, with the following announced in no particular order: Capleton, Buju Banton, Anthony B., Barrington Levy, Glen Washington, Bitty McLean, U Roy, LKJ, Pablo Moses, Ali Campbell (ex UB40), Alborosie, Tiken Jah Fakoly, Sebastian Sturm, The Congos, The Twinkle Brothers, The Skatalites, Rootz Underground, Groundation, Fat Freddy's Drop, Easy Star All Stars, New York Ska Jazz Ensemble…
Unlike last year, very little dancehall is planned for now, but let's bet that will change by 2 July.
