The American rapper Nas and Damian "Junior Gong" Marley will share the stage at Reggae Sumfest in Montego Bay on 25 July, on the second night devoted to international artists.

This meeting at the summit will undoubtedly be one of the events of this 17th edition, which runs from 19 to 25 July. It is also a baptism of fire for Nas, who has never performed in Jamaica. And the story should not end there, as the two artists are preparing a joint album due out at the end of June (see news of 18/02/09).
Among the many artists announced are, on the Jamaican side, Mavado, Bounty Killer, Busy Signal, Tarrus Riley, Etana and I-Octane and, on the American side, the Philadelphia singer Jazmine Sullivan.
