With his hit No games, Serani has dethroned Bob Marley on the legal download platform iTunes in the United States.
Bob's classic Three little birds had until now enjoyed an average of more than 5,000 downloads a week and therefore held top spot in the iTunes US reggae charts (Mavado had also caught up with it for a time with So special).
Serani has also recorded a remix of his hit with the British singer Shontelle, announced for download in early July. The single is shaping up to be the spearhead of a first album that should not be long in coming.
