Christopher "Dudus" Coke, under an arrest warrant since 19 May (see news of 24/05/2010), was arrested yesterday, Tuesday.

He was stopped at a checkpoint on the Mandela Highway while travelling in a vehicle. He was with Reverend Al Miller, who had acted as confidant and mediator since the start of the crisis. According to the clergyman, he was driving "Dudus" to the American embassy at his request.
Last week "Dudus" had a price put on his head of 20,000 US dollars, a sum many considered ridiculously low.
