Buju Banton: the saga continues

It is a real legal saga that is keeping Buju Banton behind bars, awaiting his next trial in December. The hearing that was to settle the dispute between the two parties over the security company in charge of monitoring him during his bail (news of 26/10/2010) took place yesterday, The Associated Press reports.
Judge Anthony Porcelli sided with Gargamel and his lawyer, David Oscar Markus, on the choice of the surveillance company, and also agreed that Stephen Marley could put up his house as security to guarantee payment of the $250,000. The prosecution now has five working days to appeal the decision.
