While his first album, "Put the Stereo On", came out in the autumn on Greensleeves, a new Gappy Ranks album is announced for early 2011 on his label Hot Coffee Music. As he told us in interview, this second album will put the emphasis on his dancehall tracks, in contrast to "Put the stereo on", which saw him ride old-school riddims (Studio One, Treasure Isle, Bunny Lee...).
"I have so many songs to sing, in different genres... This one will have more of a dancehall, hip-hop style," he told us at the time. We will thus find the hits Stinkin Rich, Thanks & praise and Longtime, on productions by Notice, Special Delivery, Macro Beats, Jazzwad, and Gappy Ranks himself in his Hot Coffee Studio.
