Cedella Marley has just signed a partnership with Puma to design the official outfits of the Jamaican team for the 2012 Olympic Games in London.

The eldest daughter of Bob Marley, who launched the clothing brand Catch A Fire in 2001, wants above all to favour high-performance technical kit, but not only that: in her words, "it will be a mix of Grace Jones and my father, very inspired by music and a little retro".
This new collection will be rolled out in a consumer version and sold by Puma worldwide. A limited edition will also appear in August 2011, for the athletics world championships in South Korea.
Nothing has yet leaked about a possible advertising campaign, but according to our information, Puma seems to have its eye on Elephant Man's Sweep. You don't change a winning team.
