In 2011, the British label On-U Sound celebrates its 30th anniversary. The occasion brings reissues of a number of classics from the label founded by Adrian Sherwood, as well as new releases, including a box set.
March will see the new African Head Charge album, plus three reissues: the first New Age Steppers album, Creation Rebel's "Starship Africa" and African Head Charge's "Off The Beaten Track".
Other releases are planned for 2011, among them a collection of Lee Perry remixes and reissues from Dub Syndicate, Bim Sherman, Tackhead, Little Annie and Lee Scratch Perry…
Last but not least, a box set is also in the works, with rare and unreleased tracks from the label's archives, as well as a selection of classics and remixes by Adrian Sherwood.
