Mediacom has just announced the cancellation of Julian Marley's European tour.
Scheduled from 22 November to 21 December, it was to have seen Bob Marley's son play several concerts in France. But the postponement of the release of his new album put the tour in jeopardy. This is what the official press release explains:
"Mediacom Tour regrets to announce the cancellation of Julian Marley's European tour, originally scheduled from 22 November to 21 December 2012. Unfortunately the release date of the artist's new album has been pushed back to 2013, and the tour had to be rescheduled to coincide with it. Mediacom Tour, the tour's producer, wishes to convey the artist's apologies to his audience."
Julian Marley was due to play around a dozen concerts in France.
