The Pressure Sounds label announces the release of "Deeper Roots", an album gathering dubplates and rare 45s by the venerable Yabby You, who died on 12 January 2010 (news of 14/01/2012).
"Deeper Roots" showcases both the singing and production talents of Vivian Jackson (his real name). Its release was preceded by two 45s - taken from the album - on the Hot City label: Deliver Me From My Enemies by Yabby You himself and Don't Tutch I Dread by Barrington Spence.
"Deeper Roots" is already on sale on the Pressure Sounds website, on CD (€11), digital (€9) and double LP (€11).
The album is also available as a limited-edition LP with two collector's sleeves in different colours (white/orange and white/green/black), priced at €28.
