The British are in the spotlight at the various dub events around France. For this new edition, Toulouse Dub Club has handed the controls of the night to Channel One.
The British sound system will travel in full, with its sound system. Mickey Dread and MC Ras Kaylab will be preceded on stage by Toulouse sound system I-Station.
This eighth edition will be held outdoors, on Saturday 4 May 2013 from 7pm to 1am, in the courtyard of the Abattoirs museum, closing the exhibition Sound System Culture (organised with the Rio Loco festival and Talowa Productions), which starts today in the Pink City. On the programme tonight: an exhibition by British artist Mark Leckey, screenings and a dub session with Kumi Hi-Fi & Chabba Youth.
On 4 May, the night will run until dawn with a free "after" featuring the Toulouse dub scene.
