It will soon be time to discover Alborosie's new album, "Sound The System", due out on 1 July 2013.
His fourth album is almost a solo effort: the Sicilian tackled the 16 tracks almost single-handedly, recording the drums, guitar, bass and so on himself one after another, not forgetting his producer's hat.
Even so, Alborosie invited other artists to join him: Ky-Mani Marley, the Italian singer Nina Zilli, The Abyssinians, Kemar and Nature.
We have already been able to hear a first track, Play Fool (To Catch Wise):
Again this year, his long European tour will be hard to miss, taking in the biggest festivals (Dour, Chiemsee, Rototom, Summerjam…), all the way to the famous Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland.
In France, Alborosie will play the Solidays and Garorock festivals, before performing at the Zénith in Paris on 30 November 2013.
