With the fifteenth anniversary of singer Kaya's death approaching, tributes are multiplying. Besides a big concert organised on his native island , the memory of the inventor of seggae will also be commemorated in mainland France.
On 2 March, the Divan du Monde in Paris will welcome a host of guests to pay tribute to Joseph Réginald Topize.
For the first time, his own son, Azaria Topize, will perform in France, along with X-Man, Tiwony, Yaniss Odua, Jean-Marc Antoinette, Mad Killah, Straika D, Flya, Pablo Mastah, Choko, Mo Mystik, K.L.I, Linsey Quirin, Tylee, XV Balles Hood.
