After the sumptuous "Heart And Soul", on which Clinton Fearon reworked his greatest songs acoustically, the former bassist of The Gladiators is back with a new album (his tenth), "Goodness".
Produced by himself and recorded with his band, the Boogie Brown Band, "Goodness" is due on 24 March on the Chapter Two label. A regular on French stages, Clinton Fearon has a tour of France planned from 21 March to 7 April 2014.
That is where the public is called to the rescue, via the crowdfunding platform Kickstarter, in order to complete the tour with all the band's musicians.
The financial goal is to raise $30,000. At present, $1,653 has been pledged.
In return, plenty of rewards are on offer: a signed album, t-shirts, handwritten lyrics to a song, a personalised song and even bass lessons from Clinton Fearon himself!).
There are 25 days left to contribute to this project.
