For its new issue, Reggae Vibes magazine has looked at the English scene and the great comebacks of Black Roots, Black Slate and Capital Letters.
After Black Roots' new album last year ("Ghetto Feel", read the review), Black Slate and Capital Letters, two other leading bands across the Channel, have big projects for 2015.
Issue 40 pays tribute to John Holt, and offers interviews with Pierpoljak (whose new album is expected in March), Kareem Burrell (Fattis's son, who has taken over the reins of the Xterminator label), Sceptre, Bost & Bim, Paaka, OBF and Taiwan MC.
On the sampler CD: Black Slate, Black Roots, Sceptre, Jean Mc Lean, Ini Kamoze, Pierpoljak, Broussaï, Kevin Kinsella, Dalton Harris, Masia One, Kenyon, Paaka and Bizzarri Records.
