About this sound
In 2008, the French label Irie Ites released a duet by Lutan Fyah and Spectacular, Kill Dem Sound, on 10". The track used the rhythm of Keith & Tex's famous Stop that train, produced by Derrick Harriot in the late 60s.
Revisited by Irie Ites with a hip-hop drum pattern, the riddim thus gives rise, four years later, to a new series from the French label, with Sizzla, Ward 21, Skarra Mucci & Perfect, General Levy and Deadly Hunta.
Available on vinyl in the course of August.
