After Jamaican Sunrise, is Ja Sound under threat of disappearing? The local daily "Midi Région" bluntly mentions the end of the Ja' Sound festival, held in Bagnols-sur-Cèze since 2004. During the 2006 edition, the organisation Tintam'Art underwent numerous administrative, financial and police checks. A problematic situation as we enter the period when local councils must approve their summer festivals. And the numerous checks, whose results have not been made public, could put paid to Ja'Sound being held in 2007 in the Gard town. A round-table meeting is planned to find a solution.
