Garance Reggae Festival: more names revealed
on Tuesday, April 06th 2010 - 11 081 views
The line-up of the Garance Reggae Festival, taking place in Bagnols-sur-Cèze from 28 to 31 July 2010, is filling out. We already knew that the opening night, dedicated to sound systems, would feature King Stur Gav and his cohort of deejays (U-Roy, Charlie Chaplin, Brigadier Jerry, Josey Wales, Culture Dan, Ras Daniel Ray) (read news of 16/03/2010). We now know the first names of the artists who will perform at the Rimbaud park.
Expected are: Jah Cure, John Holt, Barrington Levy, Big Youth, Third World, Alborosie, Ijahman, Winston McAnuff, Matthew McAnuff, and finally the Inna De Yard All Stars. A fine roots selection which a dozen or so additional names should complete in the coming weeks.
