Aidonia moves into production
on Tuesday, October 16th 2012 - 4 166 views
Aidonia is moving into production, having turned his crew Jag One Productions into a label.
J.O.P. has launched its first riddim, titled "Fatality", on which Aidonia himself voiced, along with some of his protégés, including Deablo. J.O.P. had already unveiled a compilation as well as Aidonia's track Tip Pon Yuh Toe.
"J.O.P. has been in the business for 17 years", Lav Lawrence, Aidonia's manager, told the Jamaica Star. "It started with a group made up of schoolchildren interested in music (...). The idea came to us from the Scare Dem Crew (ed.: the crew that brought together Elephant Man, Harry Toddler, Nitty Kutchie and Boom Dandimite) and that is how it all began."
