Burning Spear: Reissues and world tour
on Wednesday, July 21st 2004 - 21 501 views
This year, Burning Spear celebrates 35 years of music. For this anniversary, his label Burning Music is reissuing and remastering some albums from the catalogue. Among them: "Rasta Business", "Resistance", "People of the World", "Living Dub Vol 2" and "Live in Paris/Zenith 88". In August, a limited-edition double CD of the album "Freeman" will be released. Burning Music should then tackle "Live in Montreux 2001" and "Living Dub Vol 1". All is going well for Burning Spear: his tour has been extended and will stop in California, Oregon, Colombia, Minnesota, New York, Nevada, Arizona, New Jersey, Ontario and Canada.
