Sizzla once again in the sights of the gay lobbies
on Tuesday, May 20th 2008 - 13 477 views
Parisian audiences were very lucky to catch Sizzla's concert last week.
Indeed, 16 associations circulated an open letter on Wednesday to mayors and concert venue managers, and appear to have won their case in the end: judging by the Fnac website, the dates planned in Lille, Mulhouse and Villeurbanne have all been cancelled. One date remains in Montpellier in early June, whose fate has not yet been decided.
Let us nonetheless recall that last Wednesday's concert in Montreuil passed off in the best possible atmosphere, and that Sizzla's performance was totally free of any discriminatory remarks about the homosexual community.
