It was one of the best bills of the new season in Paris, yet the "The Reggae Fridays" concert planned for Friday 22 October 2010 at the Cabaret Sauvage has been cancelled. The organisers cite mounting problems linked to the strikes and the fuel shortage.
So we will not get to see on stage Gappy Ranks, the latest sensation from across the Channel, the Jamaican singer Etana, or the French acts Real Axe and Sir Samuel.
The organisers, the company Comm'U'Night, say they are considering postponing the event to a more favourable time, though without being able to keep the planned line-up. More info soon.
