From its birth in Italy to its move to the south of Spain, the documentary Exodus: Finding Shelter retraces in 55 minutes the history of Rototom Sunsplash, and looks back at the reasons that pushed the organisers to relocate their festival from Osoppo to Benicassim.

In early 2010, after a tightening of anti-drug laws on the other side of the Alps (news of 19/02/2012), Rototom Sunsplash found itself forced, after 16 years of existence, to leave its native land and take refuge on the Iberian peninsula.
After being screened across Europe, "Exodus - Finding Shelter", directed by Tommaso D'Elia and produced by Exodus and Paneikon, will let you relive this adventure. The original version is in Italian, but a French-subtitled version is also available on www.rototom.tv.
Meanwhile, there is less than a month left to take advantage of the €140 rate for Rototom Sunsplash 2012 (which will take place from 16 to 22 August). From 11 March, tickets will be €150, until 10 May. Single-day tickets are only available at the box office.
