Two cancellations at Reggae Sun Ska
on Friday, June 08th 2012 - 7 022 views
Reggae Sun Ska has just announced that Busy Signal and Third World, both billed for the 2012 edition, have cancelled.
The absence of the former was to be expected (Busy Signal is in custody, awaiting extradition to the USA), but Third World's withdrawal is more unexpected: the band has cancelled its tour because of the celebrations for the fiftieth anniversary of Jamaican independence.
Their replacements will be announced shortly by Reggae Sun Ska, but Chezidek, Soom T & Mungo's Hi-Fi, Kaya Natural feat. Lieutenant Foxy and, finally, Irie FM (winners of the Reggae Contest Europe) have already joined the line-up.
