on Tuesday, July 16th 2013 - 7 434 views
The charity festival Ard'Afrique will hold its thirteenth edition on 9, 10 and 11 August in Les Vans, in the Ardèche (07).
Preceded by a night-time craft market the evening before, the Ardèche festival organised by the assoc will notably host Groundation, Julian Marley, Jaqee, Gnawa Diffusion and plenty of others.
Thursday 8 August 2013: Night-time craft market
Friday 9 August 2013: Groundation, Jaqee, Rules of Peace, El Dirty Sonidero
Saturday 10 August 2013: Julian Marley, Gnawa Diffusion, Souljazz Orchestra, Batucada Bamahia
As every year, the last day (Sunday 11 August) will be devoted to a Senegalese meal and the screening of a film: the documentary "Marley", directed by Kevin Macdonald in 2012.
Once again, the festival will donate all of its profits to the association Partenariat Pays des Vans – Sénégal, which carries out health and social projects in the Fatick region, in western Senegal.
