The labels are back after the summer break, and you can feel it. Irie Ites Records is releasing two series, available since 20 September on the same CD and as legal downloads. Two riddims, as is their habit, cooked up by the duo Mafia & Fluxy.
The Take A Lick Riddim features Chezidek, Perfect, Lorenzo and Lutan Fyah, among others, as well as Oba Simba and Keefaz.
The Party Time Riddim, a recut of the Heptones hit, logically features Leroy Sibbles, but also Sizzla, Glen Washington and Natty King and Spectacular.
